Understanding Your Compliance Dashboard

See exactly how compliant your website is — and what to fix.

Overview

The Compliance tab gives you a real-time overview of your GDPR compliance status per domain. Consentr.io automatically checks your configuration against the most important legal requirements and shows you a score, action points, and a downloadable DPIA report.

Step 1 — Open the Compliance tab

  1. Log in at consentr.io and go to Domeinen in the left sidebar.

  2. Click on the domain you want to check.

  3. Click the Compliance tab at the top of the page.

Step 2 — Read your GDPR Compliance Score

At the top of the page you'll see your GDPR Compliance Score — a percentage based on all automated checks Consentr.io runs on your configuration.

✅ A score of 98% or higher means your core GDPR requirements are fully met. The remaining points are typically recommended improvements, not legal requirements.

Step 3 — Review your Actiepunten (Action points)

Below the score, Consentr.io lists any open Actiepunten — items that can improve your score or compliance posture. Each action point is labelled either:

  • Aanbevolen — Recommended best practice, not legally required

  • Vereist — Required for compliance, must be resolved

Step 4 — Review Alle checks (All checks)

Scroll down to see the full list of compliance checks Consentr.io performs automatically:

Each check shows a score indicator (e.g. 5/5) showing how many of your domains pass that check.

Step 5 — Review Score per domein

At the bottom of the checks section, you'll see a Score per domein bar chart. This gives you an instant overview of compliance across all your websites managed in the same account.

✅ If one domain scores lower than the others, click on that domain in Domeinen to investigate and fix the specific issues.

Step 6 — Download your DPIA Rapport (Art. 35)

Consentr.io automatically generates a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) report based on your cookie scan, consent configuration, and policy documents.

This report is required under GDPR Article 35 when processing activities involve high risk to individuals' rights and freedoms.

To download:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Compliance tab.

  2. Under DPIA Rapport (Art. 35), choose your preferred format:

    • PDF — For sharing with clients, legal counsel, or data protection authorities

    • HTML — For publishing on your website

    • JSON — For technical or system integrations

✅ Keep a copy of your DPIA report on file. In the event of a GDPR audit or inquiry, this document proves you have assessed and documented your data processing activities.
